Nutritional Salad with Red Cabbage with Apple Dressing

¼ cup shredded Go Organic ME red cabbage
1/4 cup Plum cherry chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced white onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/4 cup thinly sliced red capsicum
1/4 cup thinly sliced yellow capsicum
1/4 cup thinly shredded swiss chard.

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing

1 medium sized apple , grated with the skin
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp finely chopped raisins
1/8 tsp salt

Step by Step
1. Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing to it and toss well.
2. Serve immediately.
