Raw Bell Pepper Soup.

Raw Tomato Soup with Bell Pepper


Raw soups are such a great  to create as they involve such little preparation, are very  healthy taste absolutely amazing.


2 cups tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1/6 cup onion
1  bell pepper
1 avocado
Pinch Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1-2 cups water or vegetable broth


Blend everything until smooth. Serve with some watercress.
