1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 shallot, minced
1/4 cup almonds, toasted

Add the shallot, almonds, feta, parsley and avocado. Toss lightly to combine
Serve and enjoy.
