Lasagna is one of the comfort foods that are fully booked with aroma and is linked with our emotional needs. Raw foods have numerous benefits as this version of raw vegan lasagne would add to the wonderful benefits.
- 4 Arabic Zucchini
- 3 Go Organic ME tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup (chopped)
- 3 Basil Leaves (chopped)
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Pepper Flakes
- 3 pinches Sea Salt
Slice Zucchinis into long sheets , You will not get them very long, We can make mini lasagne.
Make a thick sauce with our freshly harvested tomatoes by blanching the tomatoes in water and then pureeing it.
Cover the bottom of the dish with zucchini sheets and spread tomato sauce over the top.
Sprinkle minced garlic over it.
Add a second layer of zucchini sheets and then spread over tomato sauce.
Drizzle Go Organic ME fresh Ghee on top and sprinkle lots of parsley and basil and 3 pinches of sea salt.
Add thin slices of Avocodo over the top.
Finish with hummus .
